What is GOALVERSE?
GOALVERSE is an AI-powered goal coach. Chat freely, get structured guidance, and track progress.

Can I use it for free?
Yes. Anonymous free usage works instantly—no sign-up required. Your data is stored locally in your browser (no cloud sync).

What are the free limits?
Up to 3 new goal sessions/week and 10 AI messages/day. Unlimited inside a session until you hit the daily cap.

How do I upgrade to Premium?
On the homepage, tap UPGRADE, pick Monthly ($6) or Yearly ($60), complete checkout on Lemon Squeezy, then tap LOGIN and use the same email from checkout to receive a magic link.

Accounts, login & magic links

How do I sign in?
Use LOGIN on the homepage and enter your email. We email you a one-time magic link (no passwords).

Didn’t receive the magic link?
Check Spam/Promotions and add noreply@naralimon.com to contacts. Request again via LOGIN.

I paid with one email but tried to log in with another—now it won’t work.
You must log in with the exact email used at checkout.

New device / cleared cookies—how do I get back in?
Tap LOGIN, enter your email, click the new magic link.

Data & privacy

Where is my data stored on the free plan?
Locally in your browser (no cloud, no sync). Clearing browser data deletes it.

What changes with Premium?
Your data is stored in our secure cloud, enabling cross-device sync, dashboard, analytics, exports, and email notifications.

Can I export my data?
Yes (Premium). From the Dashboard → Data Export, download CSV, JSON, or PDF (HTML).

Can I delete my account?
Yes. Dashboard → Danger Zone lets you request deletion of server-stored data.

Where is the dashboard?
Tap the gear icon (or Dashboard) after logging in.

Will the “FREE” label disappear after upgrade?
Yes—once you sign in with your checkout email, the label disappears and Premium features unlock.

Billing, coupons & refunds

Who processes payments?
Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). You’ll receive receipts/invoices from Sienda Ltd (via Lemon Squeezy).

How do I use a coupon/discount code?
On the Lemon Squeezy checkout page, enter the code in the coupon field before paying.

Can I switch plans (monthly ↔ yearly)?
Yes. Dashboard → Manage Billing (opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal).

How do I cancel?
Dashboard → Manage Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.

What’s your refund policy?
We follow Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms: lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms. If something’s off, email support@goalverse.app—we’ll help promptly.

Where do I download invoices?
From your Lemon Squeezy order email or via Manage Billing.

Notifications

What emails will I receive?

  • Magic links for sign-in (from noreply@naralimon.com)
  • Optional weekly summaries, milestone celebrations, inactivity nudges (Premium; configurable in Dashboard → Notifications)

How do I change notification settings?
Dashboard → Notifications lets you toggle summaries, celebrations, and reminders.

Troubleshooting

Checkout “freezes” or seems slow. What do I do?
Refresh the page and try again. If it persists, take a screenshot and email support@goalverse.app.

I upgraded but still see “FREE.”
Log out/clear cookies, then LOGIN with the checkout email to get a fresh magic link.

The LOGIN link says “If it’s on file…”—what does that mean?
For security, we only send magic links to emails that exist in our system (paid users, testers, admins). Unknown emails get no message.

Is GOALVERSE mobile-friendly?
Yes—designed mobile-first.

Which AI model do you use?
A modern, high-quality large language model with coaching prompts tailored for goals and progress.

How do I contact support?
